Dancing just feels good! It gives me energy to start my morning and takes away the stress at the end of the day. Whether it is under the loving care of Eshe or in the loving care of my students, I embrace the experiences. I love learning new movements in myself and others, varieties of music and how everything comes together. I love the way my hips roll over and over in an infinity of eights.  A new inspiration can be as wonderful as a familiar beloved tune or muscle memory. Day or night, weekday or weekend, upbeat or chill, belly dance feels good!
