This month will being the beginning of our New schedule! It will be exciting to see new faces and share more my love of dance.  The choreography this month is a mellow song by Imogen Heap, Just For Now.  We will be learning a fusion dance sure to make us all feel like nymphs~^^

The other night, I taught a workshop focusing on arms. After much deliberation on what exactly I should teach, I decided that I could put together a choreography to give some ideas on what to do with your arms when dancing! Remember, always let the energy flow through our your whole body, right down to the finger tips!  Here is the choreography notes to the song Just For Now by Imogen Heap:
