As the the new moon is coming upon us, so is a new choreography to challenge our minds and get our bodies moving. For this cycle, we’ll be slowing it down with the luscious sounds of Pentaphobe

Drums….drums are an amazing instrument that has been part of music and dance history. Listening to a drum vibrate reminds one of the beating of a heart. As I try to unite myself with my drum, listening to drumming music to inspire me, I have devised a little choreography. I hope you enjoy it!
